Tetradom is a simple and addictive roguelike kingdom-building game where you construct your kingdom during the day and fend off monsters at night.
Created for Ludum Dare 54, Tetradom sees you building your kingdom out of Tetris-shaped pieces during the day and battling monsters at night. You can place barracks that spawn soldiers, defenses (such as towers) and farms and houses which earn you money if they survive the night. Each night waves of monsters attack and if you survive and earn enough cash then you’ll level up and be able to choose an upgrade or building card.
It’s a little on the easy side when you figure out a good strategy and you can get some serious slowdown if you spawn a lot of soldiers, but it’s an addictive little game that would be great for expanding on. It’s a very easily accessible take on kingdom building, and it’s fun figuring out optimal builds. See how long your kingdom will survive!
