Caged Bird Don’t Fly Caught in a Wire Sing Like a Good Canary Come When Called is a beautiful and surreal lo-fi first person experience with a great sense of atmosphere.
Aside from having a very long name, Caged Bird Don’t Fly… is also a very weird little experience. In the game you explore a handful of different scenes and interact with them to release an object (or an energy) that’s trapped in them.
Taking under 10 minutes to play through, it’s all very surreal and strange, but beautiful too, and each scene does a great job of creating a unique atmosphere. The shift in tone for the ending is a particularly nice touch and the soundtrack is excellent. A bizarre and beautiful little experience well worth checking out.
